HATHA YOGA
HATHA is a style of practice that emphasizes alignment and breath while entering, holding, and leaving each posture. It uses these postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. This meditative approach to practice will leave you feeling calm and open.
